Digital Products Policy

Since we provide custom digital illustrations and artwork, all sales are final once digital files have been delivered and payment has been processed. Due to the custom, personalized nature of our work, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for completed projects that have been delivered.

This policy complies with U.S. consumer protection laws regarding custom digital products, which are exempt from standard return requirements due to their personalized nature.

Revision Policy

We offer revision rounds as specified in each product package to ensure your satisfaction:

• Basic Package: Includes up to 2 revision rounds
• Premium Package: Includes unlimited revisions during the project timeline
• Custom Package: Includes unlimited revisions until project completion

If you are not satisfied with the initial work, we will work collaboratively with you to make revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of order placement and before work has commenced for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.

After Work Begins: Once work has commenced, cancellation may result in partial refunds based on the amount of work completed. The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

• If less than 25% complete: 75% refund
• If 25-50% complete: 50% refund
• If 50-75% complete: 25% refund
• If more than 75% complete: No refund

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement if work has not yet begun. To request a refund:

1. Contact us via email at supportcenter@sectionunique.world with your order details
2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
3. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality custom artwork. If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications or quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and work with you to resolve any issues through revisions rather than refunds, as outlined in our Revision Policy.
